Shipping & Returns
Shipping:
- All products are shipped from our studio and will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours.
- All products will be shipped and tracked using Australia Post tracking. Please allow 5 to 10 days for your order to arrive.
- United By Wool currently only ships orders within Australia.
- Orders of Iris & Wool items, will be shipped directly from Burra, SA.
Returns & Exchange:
- We want our customers to have the best possible experience, we have selected products of the highest quality. We are unable to refund for change of mind.
- Our return policy lasts 10 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging and also with swing tags attached.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- Please email info@unitedbywool.com.au and we will send you a form with return and exchange instructions.
- United By Wool takes responsibility for the shipping costs associated with returning incorrect or defective items only. All other shipping costs associated with the return and/or exchange of items is considered the responsibility of the customer.
- Please use an Australia Post bag, with a tracking number when sending back items. Then email us the tracking number, so we know the items are on their way.
- In the event of an exchange request, we will do our best but it may depend on stock availability.
- Unfortunately, there is no exchange or return on sale items.
